Hi again. Please ignore all these pre blog blogs I have been posting. I cannot really believe this is working and keep testing it to say not very much. However tomorrow we fly and I can't really beleive that either. Why is so much of my life lived in a state of constant disbelief. Life would be so much easier I am sure if I was a believer. Anyway the reality is that on Tuesday the steps from the airplane lead to another country and thereby another world. One that challenges our senses, perceptions and understanding at so many levels. Why should another land do that so strongly? The differences are so vivid; it is one of those 'forget everything you thought you knew' moments.
Anyway posting this again. As I say please ignore. I must learn the blog is not a notebook of internal thoughts and recollections. It was meant to be a look here we are on top of an elephant moments. Instead what started out as a straighforward walk is in danger of becoming a vague ramble in an uncertain direction. And we haven't even left yet ! I will try to stay on the beaten track in future....
